Excellent location, close to main sights and local transport, and the breakfast was a little bit expensive
-
Staying close to munich frauenkirche and marienplatz. The room was big, no complaints. There was a kitchen for making our own meals.
-
Easy access to old town hall. There was public parking. A perfect place for exploring Munich. We enjoyed our stay.
-
Too expensive and not comfortable. Ridiculously expensive breakfast.
Nice kitchen
Hard mattress, flat pillows, bad smelling bathroom products, rough toilet paper, noisy room.
-
The stuff was Extreamlly very nice and helpful the location is super near to marine platz
The only elevator was small and slow, the room is a little bit small, the car parking is expensive, no dnd sigen in the room I had to make one, two old lady from the house keeping was very annoying.

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to shopping, sites, transportation, restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Reserved Deluxe Double rooms, which were quite large, very comfortable and complete with Nespresso machine and a professional grade hairdryer that actually works! Good bar scene and great mixologists. A lovely, hip, well-run oasis in the middle of a beautiful city!
Although appreciated that hotel has its own parking garage, by US standards, it is very tight and took some doing getting in/out. Next time, I would rent a smaller auto.

The hotel is in the center of the city with modern designed, comfortable rooms. There are lots of restaurants around which makes life easier after an exhibition.
There can be quite some noise during friday and saturday nights. Although I would still prefer to stay. For me it wasn't that much of a distraction.

Location is fantastic, the rooms are well put together, subject to the points I make below.
Two things, the service and issues with the room. The air con was broken in the room, making the room unbearably hot. I called the staff to look at the problem but they couldn;t fix it and said they would get an engineer out in the morning. The only way to get the room temperature down was to have all the windows open but as this was a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the street made sleeping pretty difficult. On balance it was the worst ever night I have had in a hotel. No one came to fix the air con, and I had to follow up with the staff in the morning who had no idea that there was a problem. We were moved to a new room for the second night but not one person thought to issue an apology. When it came to paying the bill, I complained. The chap on recpetion offered to write off my drinks tab, about 20 Euros. When I pressed him on that, he spoke to a dark haired lady who decided he had been too generous and withdrew that offer! Again not one word of an apology. About as bad service as I have ever experienced.

Location, great staff. Nice room. They parked our car and brought it to us on request.
Thin pillows but did get a better one promptly on request.
-
Perfect location and an excelent service. Staff very well prepared, attentive, cordial and service-oriented. The rooms are nice and comfortable! Although it has a very central location, inside the cousy bedrooms the silent remains.
-
Uniquely designed and fitted apartment-style rooms. First class, professional, welcomng and helpful staff. Super breakfast in bed. Remarkable bed-linen. Would never stay anywhere else in Munich.
-
Best possible location in Munich if you want to experiance the center of the town.
-
The location is superb, the staff were willing to help with suggestions for restaurants and transport options and were very polite.
The rooms are a little small but the lack of EI fi and tea and coffee making facilities mean I will not stay there again
-
Design, location, spaciousness of my room/suite
Furniture starts to fade a little. Room - despite being a non smoker room now - still smells a little after old smoke. Cigarette burns on the desk.
-
the washroon plan is bad..... too small and not compteble
